1. Overview of Services HealthBlendRX provides telehealth services, including but not limited to virtual consultations, prescriptions, health and wellness programs, and healthcare provider access. Our Services are intended solely for users located in the United States and are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
2. Eligibility To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. No Medical Advice or Emergency Care HealthBlendRX is not a substitute for primary care or emergency services. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. While our Services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals, any information provided on our platform should not be used for diagnosing or treating a health condition without consulting a qualified healthcare provider in person.
4. User Responsibilities You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for or using our Services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services.

5. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices. HealthBlendRX, when required, shall comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to protect your Protected Health Information (PHI).

Company may use your nonpublic personal health information in compliance with federal privacy laws, including Gramm-Leach-Biley Act. Company may use your nonpublic personal health information for research purposes, as permitted under federal law.

6. Prescription Services Any prescriptions obtained via HealthBlendRX are issued at the sole discretion of a licensed healthcare provider. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be written. All medications must be used as directed, and it is your responsibility to read all provided medication guides.
7. Intellectual Property Rights All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to HealthBlendRX and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Payment and Billing You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services. All payments are processed through secure third-party vendors. HealthBlendRX does not store full payment information.
9. Termination HealthBlendRX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is harmful to other users or our operations.
10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthBlendRX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTHBLENDRX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The “Effective Date” at the top of the document will indicate when these Terms were last revised.
