Important Safety Information 

Tadalafil Chews is a compounded product and is not FDA-approved. The FDA does not verify the safety or effectiveness of compounded drugs.

Do not take Tadalafil Chews (Cialis©) if you:

• Take any medicines called nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain) or guanylate cyclase stimulators like Adempas (riociguat) for pulmonary hypertension. Your blood pressure could drop to an unsafe level.
• Use recreational drugs called “poppers” like amyl nitrate or butyl nitrate.
• Are allergic to tadalafil (contained in Cialis© and Adcirca©) or any of the ingredients in Tadalafil Chews.
• Are younger than 18 years of age.

Inactive ingredients include: magnesium stearate, sucralose, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, dextrose, FD&C Yellow #5/Tartrazine, FD&C Yellow #6/Sunset Yellow FCF, orange color, natural lemon flavor.

Erectile dysfunction can sometimes be a sign of an underlying health condition such as cardiovascular disease or high cholesterol. Discuss your health with your doctor to ensure that you are healthy enough for sex. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or nausea during sexual intercourse, seek immediate medical help.

Serious Side Effects

Tadalafil Chews can cause serious side effects. Rarely reported side effects include:

• Priapism: An erection that does not go away. If it lasts more than 4 hours, get medical help right away.
• Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, possibly due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
• Sudden hearing loss or decrease, possibly accompanied by ringing in the ears (tinnitus) or dizziness.

Before You Take Tadalafil Chews

Tell your healthcare provider if you:

• Have or have had heart problems (heart attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, chest pain, aortic valve narrowing, or heart failure).
• Had heart surgery in the last 6 months.
• Have pulmonary hypertension or had a stroke.
• Have low or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
• Have a deformed penis shape or had an erection lasting over 4 hours.
• Have blood cell problems (sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia).
• Have retinitis pigmentosa (a rare genetic eye disease).
• Have experienced severe vision loss, including NAION.
• Have bleeding problems or stomach ulcers.
• Have liver or kidney problems or are undergoing dialysis.
• Have any other medical conditions.

Note: Tadalafil Chews can cause small drops in blood pressure, leading to dizziness or fainting. Stay well-hydrated and use it in a safe environment when trying for the first time.

Drug Interactions

Tell your healthcare provider about all medicines you take, including prescription, over-the-counter, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Especially mention if you take:

• Nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators like Adempas (riociguat).
• Alpha-blockers such as:
  • Hytrin (terazosin HCl)
  • Flomax (tamsulosin HCl)
  • Cardura (doxazosin mesylate)
  • Minipress (prazosin HCl)
  • Uroxatral (alfuzosin HCl)
  • Jalyn (dutasteride + tamsulosin HCl)
  • Rapaflo (silodosin)
• HIV protease inhibitors (ritonavir, indinavir sulfate, saquinavir, atazanavir sulfate).
• Oral antifungals (ketoconazole, itraconazole).
• Antibiotics (clarithromycin, telithromycin, erythromycin).
• Other medicines for high blood pressure or erectile dysfunction.

Note: Tadalafil is also used in Adcirca© to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Do not use Tadalafil Chews with Adcirca© or other PDE5 inhibitors (e.g., Revatio©).

Important: Tadalafil Chews does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.

Common Side Effects

Most common side effects include:

• Headache
• Flushing
• Upset stomach
• Abnormal vision (color changes or blurred vision)
• Stuffy or runny nose
• Back pain
• Muscle pain
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Rash

Less Common Adverse Events (<2%)

Reported in clinical trials (causal link uncertain):

• Body: Asthenia, face edema, fatigue, pain
• Cardiovascular: Angina, chest pain, hypotension, MI, syncope, tachycardia
• Digestive: Dry mouth, dysphagia, gastritis, loose stools, nausea, vomiting
• Musculoskeletal: Arthralgia, neck pain
• Nervous: Dizziness, hypesthesia, paresthesia, vertigo
• Respiratory: Dyspnea, epistaxis, pharyngitis
• Skin: Pruritus, rash, sweating
• Eye: Blurred vision, conjunctivitis, eye pain, swelling of eyelids
• Ear: Hearing loss, tinnitus
• Urogenital: Increased erection, spontaneous erections

Tadalafil Chews is a prescription medication for the treatment of sexual dysfunction. It is not for females or children.
