Important Safety Information

Do not take 3-in-1 Pill if you:
- Take any medicines called nitrates (for chest pain) or guanylate cyclase stimulators like Adempas (riociguat) for pulmonary hypertension
- Use recreational drugs called “poppers” (amyl nitrate or butyl nitrate)
- Are allergic to sildenafil (Viagra®), tadalafil (Cialis®), Vitamin B12, or any of the inactive ingredients
- Are younger than 18 years of age
Erectile dysfunction can sometimes signal an underlying condition such as cardiovascular disease or high cholesterol. Talk to your doctor to ensure you’re healthy enough for sex. If you experience chest pain, dizziness, or nausea during sex, seek immediate medical help.
Serious Side Effects
- Priapism (erection lasting more than 4 hours) – seek medical help immediately
- Sudden vision loss – may indicate NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy)
- Sudden hearing decrease or loss, tinnitus, dizziness – stop medication and seek help
Before Taking
Inform your healthcare provider if you:
- Have heart issues (attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, chest pain, aortic valve narrowing, or heart failure)
- Had heart surgery in the last 6 months
- Have pulmonary hypertension
- Had a stroke or TIA
- Have low/high uncontrolled blood pressure
- Have a deformed penis shape
- Had prolonged erections
- Have blood cell problems (sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia)
- Have retinitis pigmentosa or history of severe vision loss (NAION)
- Have bleeding disorders, ulcers, liver, or kidney problems
This medication may cause small drops in blood pressure leading to dizziness or fainting. Stay hydrated and take your first dose in a safe environment.
Drug Interactions
Inform your provider about all medications, including prescription, OTC, vitamins, and supplements. Especially:
- Nitrates
- Guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., Adempas®)
- Alpha-blockers (e.g., Hytrin®, Flomax®, Cardura®, Minipress®, Uroxatral®, Jalyn®, Rapaflo®)
- HIV protease inhibitors (e.g., Norvir®, Crixivan®, Fortovase®, Invirase®, Reyataz®)
- Oral antifungals (e.g., Nizoral®, Sporanox®)
- Antibiotics (e.g., Biaxin®, Ketek®, erythromycin)
- Other ED or high blood pressure medicines
Do not use with other ED or PAH medications that contain PDE5 inhibitors such as Viagra®, Cialis®, REVATIO®, or Adcirca®.
Note: This medication does not protect against sexually transmitted infections including HIV.

Uncommon Adverse Events (<2%)
- Body: Fatigue, pain, edema
- Cardiovascular: Angina, chest pain, low BP, palpitations, fainting
- Digestive: Liver function changes, dry mouth, gastritis, nausea
- Musculoskeletal: Joint or neck pain
- Nervous: Dizziness, insomnia, vertigo
- Respiratory: Shortness of breath, nosebleeds, sore throat
- Skin: Rash, itching, sweating
- Eyes: Conjunctivitis, pain, tearing, swollen eyelids
- Ears: Hearing loss, tinnitus
- Urogenital: Increased/spontaneous erections
3-in-1 Pill: Oxytocin + Tadalafil + Sildenafil is a prescription medication for treating sexual dysfunction. It is not for use by females or children. If you show signs of an allergic reaction, stop use and seek medical attention.
