HealthBlendRX is a modern telehealth platform offering virtual access to licensed medical providers for services like [weight loss, mental health, hair loss, hormone therapy, anti-aging/skincare, sexual health, etc.]. We provide personalized care from the comfort and privacy of your home.

How does telehealth work?

You complete an online intake form, schedule a consultation, and a licensed provider will evaluate your case. If appropriate, they’ll prescribe treatment, which may be shipped directly to you or called into your local pharmacy.

What services do you offer?

We currently offer:

  • Weight loss consultations & GLP-1 prescriptions (e.g. semaglutide, tirzepatide)
  • Mental health support (anxiety, depression, ADHD)
  • Anti-Aging and Skincare treatments

Medical Care

Who are your providers?

All our providers are licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, or certified clinical staff, vetted and trained in telemedicine. All are licensed in the states where they provide care.

Do I need insurance to use your services?

No! We operate on a transparent, direct-pay model. Pricing is shown upfront — no surprise bills.

Can you prescribe medication?

Yes, if deemed medically appropriate, your provider can

Can I choose my provider?

We will match you with a licensed provider based on your needs and location. You can request the same provider for follow-ups.

Are you available in all states?

We are licensed to operate in all 50 States, however our team wants to insure we can meet all the demands of customers so we are phasing in coverage as quickly as we can!

Medication & Prescriptions

How are medications delivered?

If prescribed, medications are shipped from our partner pharmacies directly to your home in discreet packaging. Cold-chain shipments (for injectables) include temperature control packaging.

Can I use my local pharmacy?

Absolutely! In some cases, we can send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice when the medicine prescribed is not available in our centralized pharmacy inventory.

To insure the best pricing available and the fastest, most convenient experience our at-home delivery service is our first choice.

Please note that special pricing is only available through our online service and does not apply to local pharmacy pick-ups.

What if I have a reaction to the medication?

For life threatening and emergency needs, dial 911 immediately.

Are your medications FDA-approved*?

Yes*. All medications prescribed through HealthBlendRX are FDA-approved and dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies.

*Note: In certain situations, where clinically appropriate, a provider may prescribe compounded medication, which is prepared by a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy partner. Although compounded drugs are permitted to be prescribed under federal law, they are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality.

Scheduling & Visits

How do I schedule a visit?

You can schedule directly on our website or via the patient portal. Choose a time that works for you, and you’ll get a confirmation email and SMS reminder.

What technology do I need for a visit?

Any device with internet, a camera, and a microphone — such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

What if I miss my appointment?

We understand life happens! You can reschedule through your portal. No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Privacy & Security

Is my information secure?

Yes. We are fully HIPAA-compliant and use bank-level encryption to protect your personal health information.

Who can see my health records?

Only you and your assigned provider can access your records, unless you give written consent for sharing.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We do not sell or share your personal or health data with third parties.

Billing & Insurance

How much does it cost?

Do you accept insurance?

At this time, we are out-of-network for all insurance plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA* cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay.

HSA/FSA Payments

You may be able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for eligible services through HealthBlendRX.com

We accept most HSA/FSA debit cards at checkout. If your card is not accepted, you can pay using a regular debit or credit card and request reimbursement through your HSA/FSA provider. We’re happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) upon request.

Note: Coverage for certain services (such as weight loss or hormone therapy) may require proof of medical necessity. Please check with your plan administrator for specific eligibility details
